This promo pack was only available  in Japan for a very limited time during September and October 2020. For every six Amazing Volt Tackle booster packs purchased at participating stores, customers received this special pack which includes 1 of 5 possible cards. For every Amazing Volt Tackle booster box they purchased, customers received five of these promo packs. The cards in this promo set have the campaign logo in the lower right corner of the illustration. Only available while stocks lasted. Once stock was cleared across the country, prices for these on the open market soared quickly as these Pikachu promos became very sought after.
