Japanese Exclusive Pokemon Card - Pikachu with "Beauty Looking Back."

Pikachu promotional card from the Japan Post and Pokemon collaboration stamp box released in Japan in mid October 2021. 
These boxes were extremely hard to get as one needed to be living in Japan, send in a post card to go in a lottery to win one. 

The artwork is very unique and is a remake of a famous traditional Japanese painting "Beauty Looking Back."
